The Original Tibetan Breathwork
These amazing Transformational Breaths are truly a Gift of Life! Decades ago, Master Choa Kok Sui told about 4 other students and me … as he looked straight into my eyes…that if we ever had the good fortune to learn all of Dr. Edward J. Dingle’s Breathwork …to Do It! He stated from all his research he believed these to be the most powerful Transformational Breathwork Teachings in the world. A few years later, the opportunity was presented to me in a vision in the wee hours of the morning. ..
Edwin J. Dingle, F.R.G.S., R.A.S., known to his students by his Asian name of Ding Le Mei, had a distinguished record as a publisher and geographical explorer. He also delved into the spiritual teachings of China, Tibet and India, extracting from their practices the essence necessary to achieve spiritual awakening and enlightenment. In the early 1900’s, he was probably the only Caucasian who ever lived in a Tibetan Monastery for nine months and emerged again to fully integrate into Western society. In the 1920’s, 30’s, and 40’s, he filled lecture halls to capacity with these exciting teachings. Today, the methods he developed still reveal the essence of the best of Eastern techniques for spiritual evolvement, demonstrating how to balance the body’s energy centers and clear negative cellular memory so that the subconscious mind can be positively reprogrammed allowing us to free ourselves form negativity that is the root of all suffering.
It is absolutely amazing how quickly these exercises work! Correct Breathers are always strong. It is vital, first and foremost, to have a perfect body – correct breathing is the channel through which physical perfection comes to us..Why?…Because proper breathing is a method by which we exercise the Internal Organs. In both Eastern and Western mysticism, it had always been taught, usually in secret and by word – of – mouth, that there was to be found in the air a substance or principle which ALL LIFE is derived. Here, within THE ORIGINAL TEACHINGS, we learn how we may, through our breathings, consciously store this substance up and control it – giving balance to all parts of the nervous system, adding strength and vitality, youth and SUCCESS to those who practice.
Through DLM’s Spiritual & Scientific Breathwork, affirmations and meditations, practitioners learn to transmute the human qualities of our nature into higher frequency. This can lead to rapid transformation of consciousness. Mentalphysics is a METHOD, not a creed or dogma, that has been used by sages for thousands of years to tap into powers little known to the masses – powers that allow them to approach greater knowledge and understanding of the immensity of the true capability of humankind, and rise above sickness, lack and unhappiness into a state of health, abundance and peace. It brings the ability to come into a place of merging with Divine Will and the creative energies. Mentalphysics teaches that we are spiritual beings having a human experience and offers practices for the development of the Body, Mind and Spirit if we have the discipline to practice. It allows one to reestablish the connection with the Divine without them telling you how to live or what to do with the teaching, as you will intuitively know when you are reconnected with the source of all knowledge.
Additional Dr. Edward J. Dingle History:
Ding Le Mei was given an extraordinary vision of the land known as The Institute of Mentalphysics, now known as The Joshua Retreat Center. RE: Tibetan Breathwork – Oxygen Complete Breath Correlation
I remember meditating in my late twenties. Every time I felt a deepening in calm I would open my eyes for a peek at the time to see five minutes, plus or minus 30 seconds had passed. Five minutes later I would get a different sensation event that I could only describe as a sort of euphoria in my brain, a luxurious blaming sensation.
To this day the rate of change in physical and mental states happen in five minute intervals.
At first I didn’t think much of the new features on the Apple Watch 6. A day after they hit the market it dawned on me one of the features allow you to measure blood oxygen and it would be cool to see if there’s a correlation between proper breath (complete breath), meditation and blood oxygen levels.
Getting back to the idea of five minute intervals I decided to do an experiment. The experiment required the watch so I got it. I wanted to capture my blood oxygen before, after five minutes, and again after ten minutes of meditation. I’d set a timer and when it sounded I’d check my blood O2. The meditation would focus on conscious complete inhalations and exhalations.
Prior to meditation my blood O2 was 93%. After a while I felt a physical sensation that felt like a field of tension had collapsed, freeing up energy. As I felt the sensation I looked at the timer to see 28 seconds left – nearly five minutes had passed, but more importantly, I checked my blood O2 and it was at 95%! It improved by 2% in only five minutes! I set the timer again and after five more minutes it had improved 3% to top me off at 98%.
Science and spirituality has always been my sweet spot and technology that gives me reliable feedback can sometimes be leveraged to support me in my practice. Thanks! KJ
